TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your film to the B. Frank Film Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Screening Rights: You retain the copyright to your film, but by submitting, you grant the festival permission to screen your film in various festival locations.
Exhibition: If selected, the festival may showcase your film online or at physical locations during the festival date.
Publicity: The festival may use your film's stills, trailer, and/or promotional materials for festival promotion and marketing.
Subtitles: Non-English language films must be subtitled in English for exhibition and selection purposes.
Notification: Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection by September 2nd, 2025. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details.
